Julia Thornton, MS (she/her), is a Mental Performance Consultant based in the Pacific Northwest. Julia holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Edinburgh in Performance Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon in Anthropology and Music. She is currently a doctoral student at Pacific University working toward a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and is in the final stages of receiving her CMPC certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Previously, Julia worked in the arts sector and has extensive experience as a music director, pianist, and conductor with a specialty in vocal performance coaching and storytelling.
